Suggestion Title: Remove Splint cooldown if died/respawned
Suggestion Description: Currently even if you die and respawn you still CANNOT use the splint if you have used it within the last 10mins, this seems extremely odd and idk if its even intended but its a silly mechanic
Why should this be added?:
- If a person has fully died its counted as a new life, there shouldnt be a timer on using a splint
What negatives could this have?:
- Unsure on what could be a negative
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Allows players who have fully died and started a new life to actually live a new life without having a silly splint cooldown from previous lives
