Remove the bloody screen when injured

Description of the idea:
Remove the red screen overlay when injured, or at least the red mist.

The game was miles better without it, far more enjoyable and not shit.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- You're not fucked automatically when you hit under 50HP
- No one asked for this to begin with

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Literally none, don't try and convince me otherwise.​

Just make it less intrusive, change it to only the borders of your screen.

I think a vignette filter would work nicely for it.

It's not removed completely, but I've changed it so it won't obscure the centre of your screen. I hope this is a good compromise.
