Description of the idea: Remove the noise that C2 makes when placing it on a door.
Why should this be added? (pros): As it stands currently it is nearly impossible to safely breach an apartment door, without being wallbanged with pin point precision and loosing a large amount of officers due to the fact that applying C2 or using a ram is so dangerous. By removing the noise C2 makes during application it would make it a lot more viable and give the PLPD an even playing field when it comes to raids. C2 realistically being applied would not cause noticeable noise for the occupants of an apartment and is just overall placing the PD at an even greater disadvantage than they already are.
What negatives could this have? (cons): People who enjoy wallbanging to win raids will most likely whine.
*Other additions: If people don't want to remove the sound, speed up the application process so TFO's are stuck in a vulnerable position.
