Suggestion Title: Make removing a C2 from door void from limit
Suggestion Description: When you remove a C2 from a door as TFU, you are given this message "You can only carry 2 items of the category Explosive" and not given the C2 back, it would make sense to give the C2 back considering you're already over the limit the moment you go into Heavy TFU
Why should this be added?:
- More C2 = more raids
- Realism
- Less of a trip back to the PD to go back over the limit
What negatives could this have?:
- Too OP but civs have ak?????
