Reorganize Selling/Buying Premium thread

Short explanation:
A better reorganization of the Selling/Buying Premium thread so you can see the most updasted on the top

Detailed description:
I don't know if it's possible to change the display order of only one thread, but as much as i studied about access archives it should be possible in general
This would allow to bring old posts back to the top of the list just by editing them, instead of creating new ones extending the list

Optional additions:

• Make it possible to delete old posts
• Make it possible to decide to order the list by newest/oldest and cheaper/expensives
