Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Every time your tires get punctured you have to drive to the bussines area, and every time you do this you get a ticket or you get arrested for driving wrecklessly, so if we add a repair station in the city this would rarely happen.

- Maybe down at RC station.

Call Roadcrew Service to tow your vehicle ? Spawn your car at the car dealer instead of the garage (take the monorail to the CD)? Don't drive like shit ?

Having the different services scattered throughout the map as it is now is way better in my opinion, as it distributes activity of online players. You shouldn't really drive with popped tires either, there's several other services available in Paralake that lets you get there without driving on the highway with the popped tires.
