Suggestion Title: Require police to transport airdrop with Transit/Brute
Suggestion Description: In order to confiscate the airdrop, police must deploy the armoured swat van or transit to transport the airdrop package back to the police department for disposal.
Why should this be added?:
Police can currently very easily completely prevent the airdrop event. Most airdrops I have seen are nearly instantly confiscated by police. If we require officers to transport the airdrop back to the police department, we will create a much more competitive and fun event for both police and criminals alike.
What negatives could this have?:
Police may never succeed in the event.
PD raids for the sole purpose of getting the airdrop.
There could be nobody on duty who could spawn a transit or brute, rendering PD involvement useless.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Unbalanced police success in confiscating airdrops.
