the people at the top wont stay there forever, and it isnt a problem at all because we dont get anything in return for grinding to the top spot

Working as intended then.

Unless developers don't see an issue I also don't think there will be a reset any time soon. Maybe a reset every 2 months would be an idea though with periodic rewards instead of having flex rights.

those who were online took advantage of this situation to gather exp and get ahead on the leaderboard. This gives them an unfair advantage over the rest of the organizations.
Some organizations have more than 50K while atm you can barely get 500 exp daily while your whole org is grinding
