Right on red 9.3

Is this a new law or a change to a current law:
Change to 9.3

What law do you wish to change/add:
Make right on red legal.

Why should this change/addition be made:
Its pointless to wait at a red light with no traffic. Since paralake is somewhat American, a right on red is a common occurrence.

What is the aim of this change/addition:
Increase traffic flow and stop unnecessary waiting.

If I am honest, I believe that this will cause more uncertainty when it comes to LEOs trying to pull over a car for breaking 9.3. Also, I had never ever heard of this traffic law, and I'm sure many others hadn't have. This could cause more upset than the slight bit of convenience, and realism, influenced by it.

Denied, congestion is not presently an issue in Paralake.
In addition to this it would cause added confusion for the many foreign residents who frequent Paralake.
