Suggestion Title: Road Crew Vehicle.
Suggestion Description: Replace the Tow Truck to a Flatbed

Why should this be added?:
Because the towing system is not the best rn, the way you tow cars look shit as you drag the bumber along the floor and the vehicle has a mind of its own.

By having the flatbed you could make it so when on the flatbed it locks so the vehicle is frozen on the flatbed until you drop it off at the destination

What negatives could this have?:
- As of now i see no negatives
