Suggestion Title: Roadcrew Ford F350 improvements
Suggestion Description: I've pulled through from Apprentice to Technician for 1-2 hours yesterday and I noticed some issues with the F350 that make it a bit worse compared to the old roadcrew truck. It's not entirely a bad thing but it is something that people need to be careful with when taking the job especially new players so I hope it can see some improvement to a great new vehicle that we received.

What I've noticed is that the Ford F350 has a very shaky chasis. It jiggles a lot (like pudding) to the left and right when not towing a car, when towing any vehicle this can become worse if you don't account for lag+speed+turning radius+weight of the car you're towing+your chasis jumping all over the place.

Increasing the towing strength should also be considered because for some reason a Ford F150 Raptor absolutely destroyed my towing truck and capped my speed to 10-15MPH and gave it no more acceleration. Other similarly heavy vehicles like a Tesla Model S doesn't seem to do this but it does seem about 400kg lighter to be fair. The old roadcrew truck pulled through these with ease if I remember right.
The F350 looks more like a medium duty towing truck which seems to be able to pull 6 through 16 tons depending on the configuration of a actual F350.

If possible I'd also like to see an increase in brake strength (or the handbrake) when towing cars from a stand still. The tow truck likes to pull itself towards vehicles instead of pulling the vehicle to itself which should make cliff rescues more feasible.

Why should this be added?:
- Turn the F350 into an even better towing truck.
- More stable vehicle=safer (I hope).
- Less frustration when towing heavy vehicles or when intending to do rescues from e.g. cliffsides or tricky terrain.

What negatives could this have?:
- New players can absolutely plow through cars with ease thanks to the new strength they acquired.
- The F350 somehow finds a way to flip out the physics engine and kill everyone in its path.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: I've described everything I could in the "Suggestion Description" so I'm not going to copy paste everything into here again but tl;dr:
-Reduce chasis shake as it feels like pudding.
- Increase tow strength and/or weight of the roadcrew truck.
- Make it so the hook pulls the car towards the roadcrew truck instead of the other way around when in a standstill+handbrake is engaged.
