Suggestion Title: Roadcrew job Change
Suggestion Description: Adjust the roadcrew job to be as medics and firefighters - let them share EXP on nearby car fixing and nearby impounds, regardless of who does it.

Why should this be added?:
- You can patrol with a roadcrew buddy in one unit and both get to get experience and money.
- Objectively more fun to play with someone.

What negatives could this have?:
- Roadcrew will get more money (600$ per person on impounds)
- Roadcrew players will not have a second seat free, so the people will have to stay in their cars while it is being impounded.

Isn't the tow truck a bench seat? If it is why not make it a three seater for the negative you listed. But I agree it needs to be more co-operative. There's some tow truck rescues/recovers i've seen that needed two guys working together to unstick the car safely ingame.

I agree with this, I find the road crew ranks take quite a while to level up. There has been times me and a friend will partner up and work together but we had to take turns impounding vehicles so we both made xp and money

I think this thread was needed to be made and its a change that needs to happen. Roadcrew does not work if theres more than two of you and thats a stretch. XP needs to be shared and money should too in a way that will work. Maybe if youre in the vicinity of the vehicle being repaired / impounded, maybe if you contribute to the repair / place boot. Or if you have someone set to your buddies and you do it together or something?

Anyways, XP grind itsself on Road Crew is incredibly slow which i know has been acknowledged already by staff. I hope this gets revived as nothings happened yet

RC fighting over impounds has become a serious issue, I believe this needs the same treatment couriers have where they both make the money upon and impound giving people to have more incentive to communicate and share. I've actually hat multiple beatdowns with numerous amounts of roadcrew over who was going to take what car. I always won, but people really out here willing to fight for that xp lol
