Topic: Upgrade the RC for making it more preferred job.

-This will make RC more realistic.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

I think if you add new functions to roadcrew workers, this will make the server more realistic. I mean roadcrew must have ability to repair broken tires (Idk if they already have). Also they can be able to wash the cars. The area that impounded cars go is too big so you can move the car washing are to there. I know this means a mapchange so i'm posting this for V3 or if possible you can add it now. Delete the car repairing station and washing station. Only roadcrew station must provide those services. And roadcrew workers won't ask for money for only repairing the cars, they will also able to ask for money to repair tires and washing cars.
