Hello everyone,

A few days ago, a rule change was applied that prevents any external website, app, or tool from replacing in-game mechanics or roleplay. This rule is targeted primarily at things that would allow players to do things off the server where a roleplay interaction would be more appropriate, like ordering weapons or auctioning items and services.

What this rule does not aim to target is individual crafters who use spreadsheets or websites to stay on top of their own tasks to make sure they are tracking any crafting orders they have taken on. Moving forward, ordering weapons, taking loans, negotiating prices, selling/paying for services and other related actions must take place entirely on the server.

We delayed announcing this post to make sure our staff members were up to speed on what would be covered under this rule so that we can hopefully give you the same information every time. That being said, if you have questions about a service you manage or are aware of, please contact senior administration or server ownership to confirm whether or not something is allowed.

  • 2.4 Exchanging Items and Funds
You must not buy, sell or trade in-game money, items, or benefits like invites to organisations for real or virtual money or goods. You must not create websites off of the server for purposes such as loans, gambling, prepayment item orders, or deposit systems.

  • 6.4 Off-Server Websites
You must not make or use websites or apps off of the server that perform, organise, or replace actions intended to be handled in-game or in roleplay. This includes buying and selling items, auctions, or services performed outside of the server.

All trading and service roleplay must happen in-game.
