Rule Idea: No raiding when no police

Raiding when no police online

Short explanation:
-Add a rule that people can't raid if there is no police online

Detailed description:
Today, I got raided when there were only 4 people online and no police.
I think this raid was unfair, I couldn't ask help, I couldn't alert the police...
It was just me, against 1/4 of the server.
That's why I think there should be at least 1 officer / admin online.

UPDATE: Got raided again, by the same people I think, they tried to lockpick my door, I opened it.
Now it was me against 2/4 of the server. So I had NO defense at all.

Well, how are you supposed to know when there are cops on the server, and when there aren't. Unless you're an admin there is no way to know that.

If there are cops online, there is a dot before the officers thing. Same with other jobs. Makes life easier.

I agree raids should not happen when there is a very low ammount of players but not with low police.

Well why the hell would no raids go on when theres no cops? Get big expensive Guns and protect yourself. Aswell if you got a problem with people raiding you get an organisation or just join one. For example me and Pear are in an org of heavy armed people and if we get RAIDED we first get our big Guns out and call for backup. We've had a subs house for the last week and only one successful raid happened and that was by cops.

Well, only staff/mayor/Lt can see cop slots filled and IRL if there are no cops there will be alot of criminality. I'm not saying theres no criminality when there are cops, but it's less. This isn't needed and if there is only one cop and during a raid he quits, suddenly a player will be punished for no reason.

Pros of this idea;
-People can grow on the times server is empty (not really a pro)

Cons;
-People will end up growing when there are noone online
-People will focus on growing instead of legal jobs, on a higher scale
-can be exploited, a person has a friend go police so he can raid someone
