Suggestion Topic: 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
Suggestion Description: Not using the roundabout properly result in breaking rule ,3.4,3.15 since it is unrealistic to use it the wrong way, causes vehilce damage when someone is using the roundabout the right way, and you put urself in unnessary risk. Make it like the intersection before, if you dont have a valid reason it will result in breaking the rules/laws.

Why should this be added?:
- less car tiers on the roundaboud
Roundabout getting used like it supposed to be

What negatives could this have?:
- delay for cops to respond to tidals/business sector

There is always room to enforce 3.15 on people who are driving unrealistically, though I am not comfortable with a blanket ban on this through the rules. We can, however, scrutinize situations wherein cars are wrecked due to wrong-way drivers more heavily and decide whether or not a refund/punishment is warranted.

Please also remember that we added recourse for civilians to 5.2 to allow for them to force withdrawals on people who have caused accidents.
