Suggestion Topic: 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
Suggestion Description: I think players should be allowed to stay inside their base when they have a warrant for serious crimes with 7+ year sentences. Rule 3.4 already allows players to fight police to avoid long prison sentences, so hiding inside a defended base should also be considered realistic roleplay. Players with active warrants for serious crimes may remain inside a defended base to avoid capture.

Why should this be added?:
It creates more realistic criminal roleplay.
Staying hidden in a base makes more sense than driving around while wanted.
Organizations already use bases as defended safe locations.
The current rule already allows extreme actions to avoid long prison sentences, so remaining inside a base should also be reasonable & also makes sense for players to remain inside a base

What am i supposed to stay out in a bush outside and a way to get caught and all my orgs members are wanted or allies am i post speak to a stranger on the street too seek shelter where i could get mug as i just met this guy.

What negatives could this have?:
Police raids may become more common.

You're staying in the one place police know is owned by someone that's wanted. If that isn't considered cop baiting I don't know what is.

driving around in a warranted car in public is less cop baiting?

Specifically if you already have drugs down. Let’s say I have just started a fresh coca batch and my org member finishes a raid and kills cops. He comes back to base to hide out. He will fight cops because he’s killed people. Wouldn’t it make sense for me the drug creator to stay and fight as well as it would warrant killing cops?
