Rules and Laws not showing In game?

Well the title really explains it all but.

Lately when I join the server , I find that when I click F1 - Then my rules & laws show up , It just shows up blank and is really annoying at some times which makes me have to get my laptop and use the laws / rules on the forums... and overall is just really inconvenient ,
Please if you have ANY fixes please comment them below , I just really want to fix it asap!

This issue continued to happen with me when I first started playing PERP back then. You might want to play on the server for a little while, and then reconnect and then right when you get into the server press F1 instantly, this should help resolve your issue that you are experiencing at the moment. If this does not work, comment on this post.
