Why Should This Player Be Punished:
After his young friend tried to drive his manky range rover down the highway to get its tires repaired, Scott Bord proceeds to pull up and shoot me. This can clearly be evaluated as in breach of 3.4, because the person in custody performed the risky and dangerous actions for little, disproportionate benefit in the first place; further to this, there were other police officers present, and the PD was proximate: it was foolish to engage in a shootout over traffic offenses in the middle of the highway.

Rules violated:
- 2.1 Play Realistically - The actions taken were disproportionate and inappropriate.
- 3.4 Risking Life - The actions taken were of little benefit to the perpetrator (in these circumstances most certainly not outweighing the drawbacks), and unlikely to be successful. It's worth a mention that he was gatted, I got revived, and therefore the latter point is evident in the events.
