Suggestion Title: Scratch Cards
Suggestion Description: Scratch cards will be good. They will be found at casinos and gas stations. They will be used as another way of gambling and would be thankful for this feature if it may come to be.

Why should this be added?:
- More ways of getting money.
- Other gambling opportunities
- Based on luck for people without money.

What negatives could this have?:
- Negatives will go below as i can't think of any known ones

I actually have to say thats an interesting idea and I like it. Scratch cards remind me of playing GTA chinatown on PSP where you could buy them in stores.

Gmod scratchcards are Dumb moneysink garbage servers pay £5 on gmodstore to add to rope in legions of 12 year old sprouting problem gamblers with a feature identical in allure and function of a mobile idle tycoon games lootbox system and given the wheel is bordering lootbox gaming already I don’t think it’s something we need to ratify further with such an addition.

Furthermore it adds nothing to gameplay and further robs money that could flow between players in the player economy instead being sank into a void with the false promise of winning eventually.

I make no secret of my existing distaste for the casino, and it's habit of bankrupting addicts. We shouldn't be including more ways for people to get hooked on gambling, because we've got a very young community, and pushing gambling on young people isn't something we should be doing.

This was satire as well. I posted it thinking that was fairly obvious, however I can't in good conscience even endorse this idea as a joke. Scratchcards are awful moneysinks used by the government as a tax on the poor and desperate, and adding them to PERP would serve absolutely no purpose.
