Suggestion Description: Purchasable Scratch-Off ticket(s) from Gas Station NPC's.

-$500 ticket (max win $50k)
-$1000 ticket (max win $100k)

Not fussed about the numbers, development can decide on what would be reasonable. I believe it should be a relatively small number as suggested above simply because I don't think it should overpower the other forms of gambling that we have to offer. Thanks @Pain for the idea!

Why should this be added?:
- Fun, new way to gamble
- Immersive
- Chuck wants to win big one day on a scratcher

What negatives could this have?:
- Potentially monotonous developmental work

What problem would this suggestion solve?: This suggestion doesn't solve any problems.

yippi, i will be more happier when scratch cards arrive and my addiction becomes a bigger problem, all jokes aside this would be a cool idea of gambling but a lot less money involved, having this as a other option from walking into the casino and loosing ur money in legit minutes would also be pretty sweet. +1

Your argument that somehow a $500-$1000 scratcher would be a "moneysink" is quite the stretch. This would not take away from any of the other forms of gambling that players participate in, it would just be an additional 'light', fun means of gambling in a new way. Fuel up your car, buy some wrenches and grab a few scratchers.

You also emphasize that this would add "NOTHING" of value to the server which seems odd honestly. To reiterate, this wouldn't be some new meta way to gamble, it should be the lowest and least profitable means of gambling. If I mugged a player and he had a few scratch off tickets on him, my dopamine receptors would start firing off!
