Is this a new law or a change to a current law:
This is a new law.

What law do you wish to change/add:
Section 27 direction to leave.
Why should this change/addition be made:
I think it would be could for the police to be able to ban a person from a place for an extended amount of time if caught committing a crime under the anti-social behaviour category.

What is the aim of this change/addition:
The aim of this addition will be for officers to be giving the power to stop another person from going to a place for a period of time where they are caught committing a anti-social behaviour crime.

Additional Information:
If you are British and are well into the police then you will know what a section 27 is, for those who ain't I will explain in the following paragraph.

A section 27 is for anti-social offences and it basically allows an officer to ban you from a place for a period of time, for example in paralake it could be banning you from bazaar for an hour or a day in game. Now obviously this could work will with an additional script maybe the police computer or another ticket type thing, but the end goal will be to stop a person committing a crime in an area for a period of time, and if they do not abide by a section 27 then they will be arrested and taking into custody.

Thanks And Regards Appricey

Already covered.

3.8 Right to Restrict Entry to Public Places and Private Property
Law enforcement officers may restrict access to any place whether public or private if this would aid the Paralake Police Department in the execution of their duties. If an access to an area larger than one residential property is to be restricted for longer than 10 minutes authorisation from the most senior Law enforcement officer on duty must be sought. Any person who fails to comply with an order from a Law enforcement officer to leave an area commits the offence of failing to comply with a direction to leave notice.
