Selling Fish by docks at the Pub again.

Description of the idea: Since the Pub is by the docks, it stands to reason that it would accept fish to ship to the City so that Fishermen don't have to walk or drive a mile to sell their bounty.

Why should this be added? (pros): Fishing wouldn't be pointless, docks had a lot of passive RP with decent pay before the NPC Sell changes but now there is no real reason to go down there any more other than to check if DD is there.

What negatives could this have? (cons): Genuinely can't think of one.

It would appear that I was using a local branch so my reversion changes were not pushed to the correct location, anyways it will be fixed for tomorrow for all shops.
