Suggestion Title: Seperate RTU Unmarked Vehicle Slot
Suggestion Description: As it stands, the unmarked vehicle slot is combined, Patrol & RTU have 1 slot in total.
Make it so that RTU and Patrol each have 1 unmarked slot to their disposal, allowing a total of 2 unmarked vehicles, 1 per division
Why should this be added?:
An Unmarked Vehicle slot available to officers who hold the Road Traffic Unit certification, regardless if a Patrol Officer ranked Corporal or higher are currently driving an unmarked vehicle.
RTU Is a specialist division, and therefore should have one separate unmarked vehicle slot available to their disposal and it makes more people want to go into RTU gear.
What negatives could this have?:
People complaining about the fact that there are now potentially two unmarked vehicles trying to catch out muggers in the forest rather than 1.
Or people complaining that they got caught reckless driving by two unmarked vehicles rather than one.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: RTU Unmarked Vehicles being underused, and potentially people staying out of RTU Gear because a slot for a vehicle they may want to drive is not available due to it being an over-all PD Slot rather than division dependant.
