Seperate server and casino announcements

[Tinky]

Description of the idea: Make it so you can disable server announcements or casino announcements seperately in F1>Options

Why should this be added? (pros): Useful, easy to code

What negatives could this have? (cons): Less people will have server announcements on

I would really like to see this added. I would love to have casino announcements on, but not the normal accouncements. They are quite annoying.
