Why should this appeal be considered?: I am sorry for saying bad words to that guy i didnt mean it and i wont do it again. I dont even understand why i got a perma ban for something like that i just said some bad words that i dont even remember a lot of the ppl do it and they still dont get a ban but i do?

Additional Information: The first appeal i made they didnt unban thinking that i apologized after 2 hours but i tried to apologize after 10 mins, i sent a friend req to that guy on steam but he didnt accept so i couldnt apologize.
