Server broken?

I thought perp is really dying today but it turns out the server is broken or something it kicks everyone out when they try to log in, for me it works im in the server but i see people attempting to join and it's not working for them, anyone having an issue?

steams just broke atm half my friends on my list are just question marks with no names and games are n/a.
