My issue over the server

What I'm going to post here is an issue I'm having and not a bug on the server.

this past 2 days when I joined the server like after the new loading screen came out(just telling you the time not it gave me a bug) when I connected to the server I begun to see NPCs, players and some cars as pink and black.

I tried to verify the game content but it didn't work I even re downloaded the whole game but still so I'm asking for a solution if anyone knows why.

Still there is something that came to my mind which is to delete the server content only and redownload them again from Gmod but I couldn't know how, so if you guys know tell me or inform me with any other solution possible.

Try rejoining multiple times until it doesnt say anything about downloading content_* when it verifies your workshop addons.

Nope I did it more than 9 times but still no progress.
