Server fucked for anyone else?

Consoles full of this, as well as:
- Mags are invisible when loaded into a gun
- Movement is jittery
- Other players movement appears jittery and inconsistent too

Whats going on? I know theres been both a server and garrys mod update recently but this feels incredibly broken.

Other people on the server are experiencing this as well. What could be the cause?​
