Is there a way I could start my own offline PERP server to play on alone and mess around as admins and stuff. So pretty much a empty perpheads server but your a owner. I wanna mess around with guns and cars and stuff and see if I can find any glitches or bugs.

No, our content is entirely client side, not to mention the PERP base gamemode is bought, not open source.

If you want fancy screenshots just take them later in the demo thing with drive.
