Is it an old windows 98 game? Try to run it in compitability mode 95-2000. Looking at the 0 bytes lookes like its a fake .exe with litteraly nothing in it

Factory reset and never download games ever again. Got me DNSUnlocker virus and I downloaded corrupt programs that were really close to take over my computer. Just play games that you have already or save money for games, downloading games can and eventually will ruin your computer. There are tons of game modes that you can enjoy on Gmod aswell for that example.
