[SFM Render] Discord Banner

After a bit of a hiatus with non-PERP stuff on SFM and of course, making V5 work in SFM, I decided to do something simple and make this render to highlight some of the activities you can do on PERP as well as it acting as the server banner for the Discord server (which is now live on the Discord) as I felt it needed an update.

Big thanks to @Tyla Jai for updating the banner!
