I was in a hostage situation at the business shops and I was a hostage. @ShadowJoey handled the situation perfectly and got me out alive and safe and shot all the suspects. He definitely deserves a promotion to a lieutenant as he did an outstanding job and I think he can go far in the PLPD. He is one of the best officers I've seen for a while in the PLPD, keep it up
