Suggestion Title: Shops and rule suggestion
Suggestion Description: Rule suggestion: using bazaar shops and market stalls for correct purpose.

Shop suggestion: recoloring and removing the bushes that cover buisness shops.

Why should this be added?:
I'm sure we've all noticed that the Bazaar shops are always sold out, or mostly always. I believe this is because it has the most foot traffic. As way to insentivise players to buy other shops, I think the bushes covering the Buisness Shops should be removed and replaced with trees, This gives players driving by, an oppurtunity to see the advertisements. This will help with foot traffic, as well.

I've also noticed that players buy bazaar shops without the intent of using them to sell, for exmaple; casino boards. I believe casino boards should be all directed to market stalls. This rule could clarify the use of all shops. For exmaple "All bazaar shop owners must have atleast x items for sale down." and "players must only buy a bazaar shop with the intent to sell". This will re-direct a lot of foot traffic more around the map, and give players who actually want to sell the ability to. To give players an insentive to relocate to buisness shops, there should be limits to how many items a bazaar shop owner can sell. For example, some shops in bazaar looks crowded with firearms and I think would suit better in a Buisness shop. "Owners of bazaar shops may not sell more than x fireamrs, or items". Adding guidelines to the things players are able to do when it comes to selling will help out the server as a whole.

Adding more personalization and customization options.
Players who own a Bazaar shop should have an option before buying their shop, "Select a color", or "opt out". Oppting out would give players a random color, or the default khaki/grey colors. Color choices shouldn't be bright. Something like a mellow blue, green, purple, pink, yellow, orange, red, ect. Also add this option to biusness shops. This will make Bazaar shops look more authentic and put together, with the color themed signs players decide to use. I have black and purple themed signs, and the khaki/grey backround walls look bad. I feel it would look muich better with a mellow purple or darker grey.

What negatives could this have?:
- "color picker" option would give players the ability to make obnoxious colored shops, like lime green. it's an eye sore.
more rules to enforce

What problem would this suggestion solve?: sold out bazaar's, lack of foot traffic in other shop places, misuse of bazaar shops (only for casino), ugly bazaar shops.

map part is already a thing. @Lelios1 is planning on removing those bushes in V6 map.

Your rule suggestion doesn't make any sense. What do you mean by "correct purpose," are you saying grenades and drugs cant be sold out of bazaar shops?

"correct purpose" refers to the correct usage of the shops. For exmaple, somebody should not buy a Bazaar shop simply for a gambling board; as there are surely players who would like to sell guns there.. this should be relocated to a market stall. Or somebody owning a Buisness Shop only to sell some water bottles. This should also be relocated to a market stall. Everything i've said in this suggestion makes perfect sense. Maybe you just needed some clarification?

@Lelios1 Is making changes towards the shops in v6 to make them more appealing as some are left deserted . Anyways if Lelios1 has more information he can post it in here.

“Correct purpose” is an umbrella term not a descriptor for what you deemed as incorrect, Hence it not making sense. Others would disagree and argue bazaar shops are places where it’s “correct” to host any business you’d like as it’s your business. Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea of spreading out shops so not everyone is hogging Bazaar, instead people use business shops and markets stalls. I just don’t think restricting the freedoms of the business owner to only selling guns is a good fix.

This would be easily be circumvented by putting things up for sale along your casino business. If you think someone isn't using their business shop and keeping it empty with no items for sale (or doing no business) you can make a report to get it forcefully sold. I believe casino's are a form of business but whoever decides to put up the 4th casino when others are already present is just shooting themselves in the foot so maybe adding a limit to these types of business at bazaar would be an idea to introduce some variety or maybe let them be able to spread out by bringing them to other places instead of just only the bazaar.

I don’t think putting restrictions on what type of businesses can exist near another is a good idea. This is also restricting a business owner’s freedom unnecessarily. If the business owner is actively opening up next to competition to poach customers that would be roleplay id love to see because they had the freedom to choose that. Yeah, people spreading out to business shops and market stalls would be fantastic but sadly those two types of shops just lack any special aspect that makes them desirable over the simple bazaar shop which is why their basically the sloppy seconds of businesses.

I low key prefer how it looked in my old version creepis posted but, since then the entire business sector was reworked to fit another change that was made.
Regardless, the business shops are now in the same area as the Bazaar, making it even better for future weapon sellers.
Might post some leaks in the next V6 delay post :troll:

Where are you proposing people run their gambling stands?

We’re all still enjoying the age of Peace bought on by the fact that the entirety of bazaar isn’t being used to farm drugs with a web of people defending each other with shootouts breaking out every 15 minutes, Let’s not just ruin peoples shops. If someone wants to set up a casino sure, let them. There’s plenty of business shops you can use and on high pop, And a bit of creativity with signs visible above the hedges, you can garner in some fair business.

The market stalls by slums, if somebodie's only intention is to run a gambling table. I've wanted to sell plenty of guns in bazaar but can't because lot's of people like to buy a bazaar and put up a casino board. Which, dont get me wrong!! Is perfectly fine. Buisness is buisness, but it I think we can both agree that they'd be better off sitting in the Market Stalls by Slums, since they're not really selling. Some do tho! And that's an exception in my opinion.

The stalls are not viable or worth manning at all times, like you would do at bazaar. There are shootouts happening at police station and slums and at times City Hall. With more people preferring to do their business at bazaar it's not going to get much foot traffic either.

Also if you require them to sell items they will start selling them if necessary to keep a casino as Creepies pointed out.
