Slot Question

Hi, today i've been trying to connect for a long time and I realised that the server is full at the times from 5:00pm-8:00pm (GMT+1) so I wanted to ask a question, is it possible for there to be an increase of slots on the server? This isn't really a suggestion, I just want to know.

This is unfortunately not possible at this current time and has already been suggested and asked countless of times.
