Small lag spikes every few seconds

Ever since I got my new PC, I have recently been getting mini lag spikes what literally stop me from playing at this point, people cut out when speaking so I do not understand what they are saying, I crash when driving my car. Anyone has any fixes?

GPU: GTX 1050 ti 4GB
CPU: i5-8400
RAM: 8GB

Would appreciate any ideas of what could be the problem.

im using Wired Ethernet, he's using a PCIE Wi-Fi Card.

This happens to me but usually only in shootouts....I need a fix :/

These are in-game lag spikes, it has nothing to do with my internet. This has never happened before. Only after I got my new PC.

happens to me to when i drive, its fucking annoying and i cant count how many times ive had to swerve my car because of it

just pretty much my ping spikes up randomly and as I drive and walk around the map.
