Hello yes, its me again complaining about lag spikes woo hoo! Since my last post got closed i made a new one yes its long sorry.

Okay first of all. I am still experiencing lag spikes since the TFU & Lights update. I have never had lag spikes before that (okay maybe a few here and there but nothing crucial like this) And its still annoying me. Of course your fps drops at peak times on the server, but the amount of players on the server do not affect my lag spikes too much.

At the last training session of the PLPD on the academy server i've had no lag spikes what so ever and could play smoothly like i like it. Once again , amount of players on the server do not affect the lag spikes im experiencing too much.

Also its only for gmod, (not sure if its server specific since i only play on perpheads)

Of course i've tried a lot of things to try and improve this.
  • Console commands
  • Reinstalling gmod (fully so deleting the whole folder)
  • Reinstalling the addons of course
  • Placing Gmod on my SSD (has improved by a tiny bit)
  • Disabling Shadowplay
  • Changing Gmod in-game settings (resolution , quality etc.)
  • Update drivers
  • Verify game cache
  • Launch Options
  • Upgrading my windows 7 to 10
Specs :
Gpu : MSI Gtx 970
Cpu : I7 2600 (i know its an old one lmao)
Ram : 24 GB
Os : Windows 7 Ultimate Edition [Windows 10 now]

Yes i know there was an update to potentially fix this i must say , it has decreased it by a tiny bit. But still its ruining my gameplay. In my last post about this i had included some gifs that show what i am experiencing how ever, these we're on V3 not on V4.

The gifs above were from V3
I might be putting some new V4 ones here but im kinda lazy hehe.

If you got any suggestion please leave them below. I've tried alot and i really want to play smooth again like i used to do. Also, if you got any questions please ask. Or if you can help me troubleshoot this problem i'd be very happy.
