Smooth camera panning option

Description of the idea: Add a smooth camera panning option including intensity slider in F1 > Options

Why should this be added? (pros):

• More tools for creators
• Promoting video/content creation
• Prevents people like me downloading dodgy lua software or asking for addons to be put on the server when we create stuff

What negatives could this have? (cons): [list of all bad aspects]

nice didn't know that, but doesnt help with non-vehicular shots

As shown from the 2020 trailer, you can create so much awesome footage with this from gameplay itself which can bring a lot of creativity for trailers, cinematics, etc. If having smooth panning also worked in noclip then I'd be definitely down to capture some cool stuff to put together.
