Topic: Better snow



Short explanation (in notes):
- Snow can lay
- Snow builds up over time
- Snow lays slower / does not lay if a certain weather has happened before eg rain

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): I think it should be added because realistically snow does lay. Maybe a bit like the old way snow laid but better so it covers more ground.




Optional additions:
- Maybe a paralake snow map made / maybe used at winter.

Wait I don't know if this has been added but how about if they add snow tires and if the cops find someone without snow tires while it's snowing they have the right to stop them and give them a ticket

Snow can also melt as soon as it hits the ground, and I guess that's what's going on here in Paralake. America isn't known for it's snow. Although it would be nice during winter time, I think it would need some more map content as well as the fact that nobody likes snow, since it makes lag
