[SOLVED] Crashing upon loading map

Basically, I tried to play PERP after I got unbanned and then when I try to load it, the game just crashses upon loading the map. I tried uninstalling Gmod, Restarting my PC, Removing all my addons, tried to look at some support threads through this forum. Nothing works, It loads everything and gets stuck on loading the paralake_city_v3 and then says Gmod Not Responding and crashes without a message or anything.

Maybe something happened with your graphics card, did you check to see if it's set to your default GPU? Or just integrated? This happened to me once and I was getting like 2 FPS and the map wasn't loading. Oh, and what Pugga said, download the content.

Fixed, found out it was just the DXlevel! Thanks to CarRougeTyres!
