I'm American and I have $6 currently in my PayPal balance. When I go to donate, it says I have to add a card. I don't have a card to add. How do I donate using my PayPal balance?

I believe VIP is 5.5 Euro being 6.5$ so maybe you don't have enough in the wallet currently?

It is 5 euros, which equates to $5.88. I have $6.02 in my PayPal currently. I have the funds.

You can also pay someone in game(average price is 75k) and he can buy it for you, If he scams you he gets a perma ban and you a refund

It's not giving me the option to pay with my balance. It also isn't giving me the option to verify my account.

If you had a card it would be hella easier. From experience I can tell you I buy Premium through the site on euros and it automatically charges it to my card as that. My bank then just converts it for me and it usually equals around 6 dollars depending on the values of the currency.

I usually had to have a dollar more the purchase an item but the dollar would stay it made no sense but it worked?

[SOLUTION TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS IT]

PayPal converts USD to EUR differently then what it actually is. 1 USD ~ .827928 EUR. I added $1 more to my balance and it worked. You need about $6.50 I think in order to pay in USD.
