[SOLVED] Textures Completely Broken

As the title says all of my textures for the server have broke as now everything looks a lot darker and things like Police cars and Ambulances are invisible, Some normal cars show but are all white other ones all you see is the driver. When I spawned my car instead of it being the black colour it is completely grey, Another thing is people's clothes all show as the PH logo.

I have tried to fix this by ReInstalling all of the content packs and Redownloading the game none of which worked, I have tried the other forum posts about missing content but they don't fix it.
I have CSS and HL2 So I doubt it is that.

If anyone could help can you reply here or forum PM me.

I had almost the same problem this week. Some cars where invisible (drove into a bugatti and had to pay alot...) And some cars litteraly rolled down the street.

But I reinstalled my whole computer becuase I had so much trash on it. And now everything works fine.

*UPDATE* I couldn't find a fix and multiple games started bugging out so I reinstalled windows and everything fixed! Thanks for the help though. Can be closed and moved
