What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: Construction Booklet

Your version of the rule: Placing spotlights facing downwards on concrete barricades or any sort of defence is not allowed.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: Can't see any benefit of this being allowed. Recently it's constantly used to headglitch or so that raiders are able to see half of a person if they are lucky behind the spotlight. Absolute filth.

I do believe this is already been noticed by @MrLewis but definitely needs sorted. These are great to use but aids to go against
