What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: 3.9 placing props
Your version of the rule:

3.9 Placing Props
Props may only be placed within properties that you own, or if you have permission to do so from the respective owner; this excludes the use of Police Barricades and Cones. Props may also be placed in public areas as long as they are benefiting roleplay and are not obstructing anything. Under no circumstances should public structures be used for combat

Props must be placed realistically; for the placement of a prop to be deemed realistic, it must demonstrate that it can remain in its position without being frozen through the use of a Physics Gun. A maximum of three spotlights may be concentrated on a particular area. Props may not be placed in a way that makes them bullet proof, the only exception being concrete barricades.

Additionally, construction props may not be placed to erect defences during ongoing shootouts or raids.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: The current state of bases is laughable, the bullet proof bookshelves placed like this need to be removed immediately, its entirely detrimental to the state of raiding.

Makes no sense to have stacked bookshelves to make it bulletproof, the only exception as mentioned should be concrete barriers because well.. they're concrete

+Support, Could you add to the defence building mid raid part to moving props mid raid, U know what raid im on about ;)
Its very unrealistic that Large wooden boards can be picked up/moved mid raid and it is allowed as there is no rule against it

-Support Defenders should be able to protect them selfs well against raiders. Espacally when big org's these days are dominating.

In thie case I prefer gameplay over realism.

Stupid argument, in that case, lets have elevated defences, 40 spotlights and fat headglitches behind fridges.
