SS Agents idea 1

Description of the idea:
SS Agents ranked senior officer + in the PD gain access to the government voice radio. Also all SS agents gain a radio channel they can verbally communicate with dispatchers with.

As it stands, SS agents face the current following issues:
- Their plain clothes results in agents being mistaken for gun men and shot by cops.
- They cannot effectively communicate with LEOs in situations where they might need to.


Why should this be added? (pros):
- Makes sense
- Useful
- SS agents don’t have to type to give info in a shootout

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- None really​

I like this idea, however, rather than having a separate way to call up to dispatch give them radio access by pressing B and allow them to call up as we do and then when they press N they can talk to each other exclusively like they can now.
