Server Suggestion Stealing gasoline from Gas Stations

Description of the idea: When max tax is placed on petrol there could be an option under 3 option how much gasoline we want to try and steal fuel into our car without paying it would be RNG (for example 1/8 times would succesed and you will get full tank or nothing) after every steal there would be alert to PLPD about stealing gas with Vehicle description & number plate charge would be or same as theft or a new law stating this wich would be liable for 3 years in prison and 4000$ fine

Why should this be added? (pros): A bit of more realism where from time to time people do steal gas
New way to do petty crimes (like Jennifer's breaking alarm)

What negatives could this have? (cons): a lot of coding
Even if it would be at max tax only still could be abused by players

I like the idea and etc. It'd be a better system if we could refill gascans so we can't steal mass amounts but that sounds like alot of work.

I particularly like the fine amount, it's a good balanced time and money amount.

I think it could be better as in 1/8 times you will get a success chance to fill the tank however 6/8 times will give you a low amount of fuel, and obviously the 1/8 chance you get caught beforehand and you get no fuel. However I think this could cause problems due to people just "stealing" fuel into random cars putting a warrant on their cars, and the police would have a hard time proving if it was you who stole or not, does anyone propose a way around this? as @talia nagisan states fuel cans could work but it would still be difficult gameplay wise and a hefty amount of coding.

Thats even better idea altho meybe 5/8 times would give the minimum fuel
About cars I know it would be the biggest problem here meybe only the owner of the car can do it?
