City Funding Rework

Main Idea:
Rework the entire city funding system so mayors have to manage the city and can't just be AFK the entire time.

Full description of the idea:
First of all, I would rearrange and rename the tabs in the menu to:
Summary - Taxation - Police department - Health care - Fire departement - Secret service
This would make the menus a lot more organised already.

Summary

• Current city funds (updated every minute) (INFO)
• Projected and estimated income (INFO)
• Projected and estimated expenses (INFO)
• A chart of current city funds spending per departement (INFO)

Taxation

• Projected and estimated income from taxes (INFO)
• Sale Tax (SETTING)
• Income Tax (SETTING)
• Fuel Tax (SETTING)
• Property Tax (SETTING) (instead of sale tax, this is a separate tax when buying a property)

Government services on each tab

• Projected and estimated expenses for service (INFO)
• Current expenses on salary (INFO)
• Current expenses on vehicle upkeep (INFO)
• Current employment (amount on duty) (INFO)
• Current amount of deployed vehicles (INFO)
• Max employment (SETTING)
• Base salary (SETTING)
• Maximum amount of vehicles (SETTING)

Why should it be added?:
Currently, the city funding system is a bit flawed and outdated, I would actually like to see this reworked sometime so that mayors can actually roleplay to be mayors.
My idea is basically to increase the funding options and information a mayor has so he can do a better job of managing the city.

Pros:

• More roleplay for the mayor
• The city can be managed better
• More information to estimate the taxes

Cons:

• A lot of work to code
• A mayor that doesn't care could be very bad, but that's misconduct in a public office so he can be fired

We may rework some of the Mayor functionality in the future, this suggestion doesn't give me much of an idea of what you wish to do though other than reorganizing the GUI.

We'll try think of new ways of specific things to improve the overall functionality of this job, but if you do have any further ideas please do make a new suggestion.
