Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 Stole my car from infront of the PD and he somehow got it disabled but not wrekced he stayed inside it anyways for bout 2 minutes then someone repaired and then he drove off and soon t1 it

All cops were shot and killed by me and @Kay , Dai knew the coast was clear

still he could be seen by the pd parking npc and the city hall desk people as well as half of the city who could have called the cops

Although all cops were killed, it's still not a very smart idea to steal a car in-front of a police department alongside there being multiple NPCs that are permanently there. No formal punishment will be given and Dai will be spoken to about his actions since he is forum banned.
