@Daigestive will be warned for breaking 3.4, as stealing a car in such a public setting comes with great risk and no real benefit. Especially with police being nearby and being in direct sight of an NPC.
@So$a will be (verbally) warned for killing you. While it is not okay to punch you to death in front of a police officer, you should not have been near a shootout if you are not involved. Additionally, your "baiting for AR" statement makes the second situation seem evoked.
Please refrain from "baiting AR's" in the future.
