Steam Group membership not being detected

Hi,

I've joined the Perpheads group on Steam, and made my profile public (as it wasn't before) and I'm still unable to claim the bonus for it. It gives me a stock message saying "Try joining the group"

Is there anything else I need to check?

(I've tried rejoining the group and server)

I think you might have to wait a bit for it to allow you to claim

Have you tried restarting your game? Making sure all parts of your steam are public, logging in and out of steam
